i know i havent been eating healthy but came here to note what i ate anyways.

lunch – rice and curry – fudge toffee

snack- fish bun , and sponge cake ( no frosting)

Dinner – noodles and chicken …

Hopefully i am better tomorrow. Please god , hope i dont have a horrid night like last night …

Left over pasta and mushrooms and turkey ham from last night ..hmmm maybe ate a little bit too much .

had a treacle dessert , which i shouldnt have eaten . Well now dinner better be only soup …with some bread..somethig simple…

Problem with the flu

Well this morning is a bit UGH! cause I am down with fever and a cold. So no working out this morning .  Didnt eat anything till 11.30 and i was kinda forced into eating a slice of coconut flat bread made by my maid ‘ specially for me ‘ sooo i couldnt say nooo i didnt eat what you made for me . I ate it with a little pineapple preserve. hmmm

Ingredients in Coconut Flat Bread.

Coconut – freshly grated or dessicated coconut

Flour

Salt

Water

Method

Combine Flour and coconut with water and salt and knead door. Roll out with rolling pin and cut in circles or squares .  cook on a griddle till cooked.

I managed to work out for an hour – again freestyle dancing to the radio and brisk walking in between the dj jabbering . Tomorrow I am going to try and work out two hours total . Today i have done one and a half..

Speaking of dinner. pasta with chicken ham and mushrooms .  Not the healthiest meal but thats about all i could manage since I havent really gone to the store . Tomorrow  must buy more veg and lean proteins . Its so much easier if I didnt have to worry about feeding other ppl – but i do . cause then it would be only food thats good for me . But I have to make sure the others are fed ..and will eat the food thats made . Soooo Its a juggle and a village of temptation .

Its very interesting to read the blogs on here that have similar struggles . They sooo inspire me. Actually today second day in I nearly fell off . Wasnt interested in eating healthy or working out but thinking of the blog i found it was something I wanted to stick to. Six weeks is a very long time.

Todays Calorie in take might be over 1500 ish but i didnt do badly considering i nearly didnt want to stick to this . i didnt eat sweets . I didnt do anything really idiotic. Didnt also eat ice cream( which was on the table ) soo..those are the postives for the day . I also did work out ..soo yay me.!

well , I was getting quite agitated this afternoon . Wa really really hungry . So I ate two more tamarind thingys and an orange and a slice of wholemeal bread with pineapple preserve.. I must try and work out if i can get the motivation.. I very nearly binged…but i am still controlling myself. Thank god for the blog..GOD ….
