Lunch was a bit strange.

Had rice  – white and a only one cup no second helpings.

Kangung , which is a green leaf avaiable through out asia.

an Omlette

 Lentl curry cooked in a coconut and chilli  gravy .

now i figure thats about 600 ish calories – right?

well after that i had a spoon of fruit salad..mostly papaya. There was ice cream and fruit salad i ignored the ice cream..which the rest of the family ate.

and i had two sweet tamarind ponds . I just discovered this . Its amazing …Its a thai thing …which comes in pods . U split the pod and voila..sweet natual yumminess with a dash of sour…

I could eat a whole box ..but i ate two..

 

ok so its near lunch time and i am starving.

well i am starving …ate two banana’s but they were like mini ones ..the size of a plantain ..So thats roughly about wow thats about 108 calories…still hungry though..starving…sooo hard. six weeks to go grrrrrrrrrr!

As I said before i woke up really late.

i did manage to do a twenty min work out ..thank god the maid turned up or else i would have been stuck doing boring old housework ..

Well I had a bowl of breakfast minus the tbsp of honey ..thats 65 calories less – yay …well its a good start- twenty min work out was mostly cardio and upper body related exercises.

Just woke up – late ! had set my alarm for much earlier – but was bad ..ignored it.

Well its now 7.30 am . If time permits i will get a half hour work out done. Fingers crossed I can. At least cardio…

The big questions for the day – what on earth do i eat ?

i think it will be oatmeal this morning too..Well …its the easiest option

Well for starters i read a bit of the gospel of john ..I might read a bit more before bed. I should find a prayer for st jude thadeus. He is brilliant . helped my family out of a big jam.

chicken thigh and veg lunch 450 cal

Nescafe 80 cal

Yoghurt 100

Butter nut squash soup 100 Cal

Pizza 400 calories.

Sesame seed sweet 100 cal

Total 1545 …

 

So i must reduce a bit ..or something ..hmmmm Not too bad i suppose.

 

What i had for dinner

so dinner was a bit of a mess

 

i made butternut squash soup , had a small serving of that . Ended up making chicken pizza for the rest of the household . Had a peice myself .

Ended the meal with thalaguli (  sesame seed sweet with palm sugar) .. I dunno … Its not the healthiest day but then

I didnt eat sweets , no chocolate , no cakes , biscuits or butter. So i was a little good. Lets try harder tomorrow.

Also worked out a bit more from 6 – 6.30 pm did steps and walked in the gaps.

here’s hoping tomorrow is healthier. Heard the Maid is coming back for work tomorrow.

Fingers crossed. I am actually trying to stay awake a bit instead of sleeping right after dinner. If i have the time i am going to caculcate my rough calorie intake for the day after this. ..
